Strategic Capital
Flexible Capital to Serve Your Business
We are a family owned and operated investment firm dedicated to supporting our partners with flexible capital and financing in the form of senior subordinated debt and minority equity. Our deep-seated understanding of the environmental industry sets us apart from others as true strategic partners.
In 2024, Jeff Kendall and Dickson Suit, veteran investors in the environmental services industry, together with Peter Kendall, formed Laurel Mountain Capital
an investment fund focused on providing junior capital (primarily in the form of senior subordinated debt and minority equity) to privately held environmental services companies.
With over 60 years of combined experience, Jeff and Dickson have invested in, acquired, developed, operated, and sold more than 100 companies in the environmental services sector. Jeff has an extensive track record as an independent sponsor working with business owners to execute M&A and growth strategies, leading to successful exits. Dickson compliments Jeff’s skillset by bringing an institutional focus to the team, with a track record of sixteen investments in the environmental services sector utilizing a subordinated debt and minority equity strategy. Together, we bring a highly personal, differentiated, and strategic approach to providing environmental services owners and businesses with flexible capital needs.
