Hainesport Transportation Group, LLC (“HTG” or the “Company”) is a vertically integrated solid waste management company operating a Construction & Demotions (C&D) hauling business, a rail-served transfer station (with railcars switching) in Southern New Jersey, a landfill in Toledo, Ohio, and an asset-lite waste logistics operation.
